The first Monday of every month is Mumz Monday.
Mumz Monday is an initiative where a mum in need, who really deserves it, is nominated by a friend, or relative, to receive a free pamper session. It's All about Mumz way of giving back. We just want to be able to make them smile, switch off and feel supported and cared for.
We would love to hear about your nominees.

We will go through all of the messages and pick the most deserving Mum the week before the First Monday of the month and we will contact you further for more information if chosen.
We will be doing this every month so be sure to nominate so we can keep this going for as long as we can.

Our December Mumz Monday Winners are Eleanor and Brogan!!
Eleanor was nominated by her friend Jenny.

"My friend Eleanor has had possibly the hardest few weeks that any mother could imagine. She has been strong and fabulous, looking after her son, who will turn two this weekend. She definitely needs a good pamper. "

" She is an inspiration to me. My wife has been through 4 major surgeries in a year, living her life in constant pain between them.
Inspite of all she has been through, she finds the strength and the energy to carry on each day. Being the absolute best Mummy in world. Seeing how she has stayed positive through all of this is truly inspiring. If I could win this for her to take away the pain even if for an hour it would be but a small percentage of what she deserves for all she has been through. "
I teamed up with the amazing Emma from DPK holistic therapy and she will be offering Brogan a reflexology session in the new year!
UPDATE
I met with the lovely Eleanor last week and she chose a full body massage. I am hoping Eleanor and her lovely family have the best Christmas and a better year next year!

Our November Mumz Monday Winner is Stacy!
Stacy was nominated by her friend Natascha.

Stacy has had a hard few months with her daughter being born 8 weeks early!
We chose Stacy because she does so much for others and we think its time some one looked after her.

Bea and Emily met through Bea's Husband and since having kids, their friendship has grown.
Emily has had a tough year, but Bea says "she is doing an amazing job at being Mum to her two kids and she really deserves some pampering."

Our April Mumz Monday Winners are Charlotte and Nicola!

As June is Pipa's Birthday month, we asked Charlotte to nominate a friend to also receive a treatment with us. She chose her friend Nicola.

Our April Mumz Monday Winner Hannah!
Hannah was nominated by her best friend Zoe.
Zoe said that despite everything going on in her life Hannah "always checks in on me and keeps me going and i'm very lucky to have such a strong woman in my life."

Our March Mumz Monday Winner Lauren!
Lauren was nominated by her lovely friend Janette.
Both of their families live quite far away and so they both rely on each other in times of need.
Janette said "She's a thoughtful, caring, and extremely generous, loving soul/mom/friend. Always ready for an adventure, a coffee, a good chat, a full belly laugh and to help when she can". With Mother's Day just around the corner, We think they both deserve a treatment so we will be meeting them both in a few weeks time.

We met up with Lauren and Janette and Laurens mum. what a lovely friendship they both have together. They both chose Facials for their treatments which they both really enjoyed!

Our February Mumz Monday Winner Lucy!
Lucy was nominated by her friend Salma. They both met during their antenatal class and have been besties ever since. Though their friendship is relatively a new one, Salma says Lucy has got her through some very lonely and difficult nights. We cant wait to meet Lucy, and may have a little surprise for Salma too.
UPDATE
We visited Lucy and Salma, Lucy chose to have a relaxing Facial and Salma chose a Massage. Lucy and Salma where both happy with their treatments and we look forward to meeting them again in the future!

Our January Mumz Monday Winner Hester!
Hester was nominated by one of the mums at her sons school, Louise. Louise described Hester as a selfless, caring mum who gives her all to the school community. Hesters daughter has just had a baby so we decided to offer a baby massage taster session for the newbie. We cant wait to meet Hester, her daughter and the little too.
UPDATE
We offered Hester a seated acupressure massage and for her daughter and her newborn, Rosie, a baby massage taster session. Rosie suffers with colic so the massage routine we practised for colic was very well received. We wish them all the very best.

For December, we wanted something really special, seeing as its our final Mumz Monday of the year and its almost Christmas! We decided to team up with our friend Caz from Mayura Wellbeing to offer a Mini Mumz Retreat package to our winner. Sherrie nominated her bestie Charline, who didn't know that we had been planing it for a few months!
We asked Sherrie to select a further four Mumz for the retreat. We didn't tell her that actually she would be invited too! Come on, as if we could pamper her friends and not invite Sherrie!
The ladies enjoyed a mixture of treatments with Caz and I and then they all had a wonderful sound bath to finish the day. it was so lovely to see the ladies have a giggle, and watch their faces after their treatments. I think this Mumz Monday may have topped the rest! Until next year!

Our October Mumz Monday Winner Shaila!
Shaila was nominated by her lovely husband Andrew. Andrews email to us was so touching it actually made us cry when we read it! Shaila is mummy to a lovely 3 year old girl who has not been very well, has been in hospital for a while and Shaila has been by her side 24/7. We created Mumz Monday to try to make a small difference to a mum who really deserves it and we really feel that Shaila is definitely a worthy winner!
UPDATE
Shaila surprised us with baby news! We caught up with her a few months later to offer her a very relaxing pregnancy massage. We wish Shaila and Andrew all the best with the family and looking forward to the arrival of their new addition!

Our October Mumz Monday Winner Ellen!
Ellen was nominated by her sister Bethany, we met Bethany last month when she nominated her friend to be our September winner. Bethany was such a delight and we where really excited when she messaged us to nominate her lovely sister this month. Bethany, you saved our bacon! We had chosen another nominee but unfortunately it didn't work out for various reasons.
UPDATE
Ellen decided on a facial for her treatment and she loved it! We where so pleased to have been able to meet her and look forward to seeing her again.

Our September Mumz Monday Winner!
This month Mumz Monday is a little different. Anna and Bethany are best friends who met during covid times during their NCT class. Anna and her family moved to Yorkshie leaving behind her support system. Bethany misses Anna a lot. They are having a joint 30th together so I will pamper them both the day before!
UPDATE
What an absolute pleasure it was to meet Anna and Bethany. We had such a giggle. the ladies had a great morning and felt amazing after their treatments. We very much forward to seeing them again in the future!
